GMPC partners with Foothills CROP Hunger Walk every spring, which will be held on May 5th this year in Clement Park (Littleton). You may still register for or donate to the CROP Hunger project.
Originally a Christian Rural Overseas Program to share abundant mid-West harvests with post-World War II Europeans and Asians, CROP Hunger Walks are now fundraisers to provide food, water, and resources to empower people to meet their own needs. From seeds and tools to wells and water systems, the key to this mission is people working together to identify their own development priorities, strengths and resources. GMPC coordinates with Foothills CROP Hunger Walk and will participate in the Walk on May 5th at Clement Park in Littleton.
